1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Glow Peptide ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Glow Peptide.

2. Educational Purpose Only

Glow Peptide is an educational tracking diary designed exclusively to help users organize personal information about peptide protocols prescribed by licensed healthcare providers. The App:

• Does NOT provide medical advice or clinical guidance
• Does NOT diagnose medical conditions
• Does NOT recommend or prescribe peptide protocols
• Does NOT replace consultation with a licensed physician
• Is NOT a substitute for professional medical care

3. No Medical Advice, SOMA AI

SOMA AI is an artificial intelligence assistant that provides general educational information about peptides for tracking purposes only. SOMA AI responses:

• Are not medical advice and should not be treated as such
• May contain errors or outdated information
• Are based on publicly available research and community protocols
• Do not account for your individual medical history or conditions
• Should never be the sole basis for health decisions

Protocol and dosing information in the Library labeled "community research protocols" reflects anecdotal practices, not FDA-approved clinical guidelines. Always consult a physician.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Glow Peptide, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all health decisions
• You will consult a licensed physician before starting any peptide protocol
• You will ensure any substance you use is legal in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
• You will not use the App as a substitute for professional medical care
• You are 18 years of age or older

5. Prescription Medications

Certain compounds referenced in this App (including Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Liraglutide, Dulaglutide, Exenatide, Pramlintide, and Bremelanotide/PT-141) require a valid medical prescription in the United States. Using prescription medications without a valid prescription is illegal. Glow Peptide does not facilitate, encourage, or assist in obtaining prescription medications without proper medical authorization.

6. Pro Subscription

Glow Peptide Pro is available as a monthly ($7.99/month) or annual ($59.99/year) subscription, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions:

• Auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal date
• Are managed through your Apple ID account settings
• Are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Grant access to Pro features for the duration of the active subscription

From time to time, Glow Peptide may offer limited-time discounted pricing to early or founding users (e.g., a "Pioneer" or "Founder" tier). These offers are promotional, may be limited in number or duration, and do not change any other term of this Agreement.

7. Referral & Creator Program

Glow Peptide offers an optional referral program. If you choose to participate:

• You receive a unique referral link/code to share with others
• Standard affiliates earn one (1) free month of Pro for each referred user who becomes a paying subscriber, up to a maximum of 12 free months
• Creator affiliates (invited or approved at Glow Peptide's discretion) earn a flat cash commission (currently $8 USD, regardless of whether the referred user chooses the monthly or annual plan) for each referred user who remains an active paying subscriber for at least 30 consecutive days
• If a referred subscriber cancels or is refunded before completing that 30-day qualifying period, no commission is earned for that referral
• If a referred subscriber is refunded after a commission has already been credited, the commission amount will be deducted from the Creator's current or future balance
• Creator cash commissions are paid out automatically via Stripe Connect once your accumulated balance reaches $50 USD, and require you to complete Stripe's account verification process
• Glow Peptide is not responsible for payout delays caused by Stripe's account verification, banking details, or processing times
• Creating fake, duplicate, or self-referred accounts to generate rewards is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and termination of your account (see Section 10)
• Glow Peptide may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, or change reward amounts and qualifying periods, at any time, with reasonable notice through the App where required

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Peptide, its developers, officers, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or medical complications
• Decisions made based on information in the App or SOMA AI responses
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
• Loss of data or service interruptions

You use Glow Peptide at your own risk. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Glow Peptide is owned by or licensed to Glow Peptide. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Glow Peptide to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Facilitate the illegal purchase or distribution of controlled substances
• Share access credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
• Create fake, duplicate, or self-referred accounts, or otherwise abuse the Referral & Creator Program described in Section 7

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Glow Peptide at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
