Best peptide tracker apps in 2026: how to pick one in two minutes

There are more than fifteen of these now. Most of them are built for the same person: someone already deep in this, running several compounds, who wants a calculator. If that is you, this page will point you elsewhere and you can stop reading after the table.

If you are earlier than that, keep going. That gap is the reason we built ours.

Three things a tracker has to do

Reconstitution math. Concentration and syringe units, calculated rather than guessed. Without it you have a diary, not a tool.

Site rotation. Where the last one went, without relying on memory.

Inventory. Doses left in the vial, so reordering is never a surprise.

Every serious app here does these. The real difference is who the rest of the app assumes you are.

The assumption almost every app makes

Open most trackers and you are met with six hundred compounds, half-life curves and a blank stack to fill in. That design assumes you already know what you are doing, and for an experienced user it is exactly right.

It is the wrong first screen for someone in week one of something a clinician just prescribed, who is mostly worried about doing it wrong.

That person is not underserved by accident. They are simply not who these apps were drawn for.

Where GlowPeptide fits

We built for that second person, and every decision follows from it.

The library is curated rather than exhaustive: 45 compounds, not six hundred. Six hundred entries is not a feature when you are starting out, it is a wall.

What we do instead is label each one by evidence level: FDA approved, emerging, or experimental. Twelve of the 45 are FDA approved, fifteen emerging, eighteen experimental. You can see what the science actually supports before you read a word about any of them. No other tracker in this list surfaces that distinction, and for someone deciding whether to start at all, it is the most useful thing on the screen.

Alongside that: reconstitution and syringe math, a compliance view showing your real consistency across weeks instead of a vague sense of it, and a body-progress dashboard that puts what you logged next to what you have actually been noticing. Reminders and alarms are on the free plan, not held back for Pro. The app runs in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Pricing is $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year, which works out to $5.00 a month, with a 7-day free trial. That puts the annual plan in the mid-range for this category.

It organises a protocol a clinician gave you. It does not prescribe, diagnose or recommend one, and that restraint is deliberate in a category where plenty of things sold online do not bother with it.

Where we are the wrong answer. If you run a large multi-compound stack, or you want every research peptide ever studied in one list, Regimen and Dose Track are better built for you than we are. We would rather say that here than waste your first week.

Disclosure: this comparison is published by GlowPeptide, which makes one of the apps listed. We have described competing apps as accurately as we can and stated plainly where they are the better choice. Pricing, platform support and library sizes change often, so check each app's own listing before deciding.

Not medical advice. Every app here is an organisation and tracking tool. None of them diagnose, treat or prescribe anything, and neither does this article. Protocol decisions belong with a qualified healthcare professional.
